postpone telecon?

Having gotten several regrets, I wonder if it is useful for us to have the 
teleconference today?

The main topic needing people's consideration and discussion now is:  what, 
if anything, to do about the expiration of the Charter in 2+ months?

Perhaps we can start that discussion on email, although it is somewhat 
difficult to progress it until we have a clearer picture of what the TC 
intends to do.  (Hence ... TC-ers ... we need to make some decisions soon.)

Thierry, if you and I need to talk about anything, I could join the bridge 
at our time.  What do you think?
