Hi Thierry, Thanks for doing these changes. While investigating a different question, I came up with this question about the cover page [1]... The referenced errata file [2] yields "404 not found". So do you create a placeholder errata file like WebCGM10's ([3]) and move it to [2] when the document is moved to TR?
