Hi WebCGM WG --

1st:  As far as I know, the only agenda item we have for Thursday is the 
_replace topic.  Does anyone have other items?

2nd:  I will be in the airport Thursday morning.  Given my travel schedule, 
it is much more likely that I will succeed to call in at 11:30 EST than 11:00.

Does anyone mind if we start the telecon at 11:30 EST Thursday?
