    a ballot out 1 Dec

Press Release and Testimonials [$1\47]

    Janet recommends to have draft press release first (end Nov., Janet
    & Carol), then send solicitation to W3C membership at large for
    testimonials

    Carol: she will send OASIS testimonial solicitation to OASIS, but
    can't do so until 1st December, when OS ballot is announced.

    thierry: Ian Jacobs says usually it is not done, it is a membership
    benefit

    neither ATA nor ASD is on the external liaisons list of W3C.

    uncertain whether they are on OASIS liaison list.
