Thanks for the raw minutes.

Now, for these minutes, and for future minutes, we need to do a couple 
things:   some editing of the raw log (e.g., because we didn't use the 
rrsagent commands "Meeting:" and "Chair:", those are bogus in the raw log); 
and then also email them in such a way that they are also plain text 
embedded in the body of the message.

As we said yesterday, the latter is a requirement so that we can do 
searching on minutes via the email archives.

Stuart and Don and I can work on that.
