> [@mlourie](https://github.com/mlourie) this is already supported today. You can enroll any CTAP compliant authenticator which uses a transport supported by the platform. We understand, and we plan to use the existing functionality. No new capabilities requested. > Your ask seems to be about deeper changes to platform UI which needs to be addressed in the FIDO Alliance. We are asking for the FIDO Alliance to support new icons and text that instruct users on how to register a FIDO-enabled card as a security key. The current icons and text instruct users on how to register an “insert-able,” USB-type device as a security key. The screens in the PDF show suggestions for educational materials that we would like incorporated into the library for relying parties to consume. -- GitHub Notification of comment by mlourie Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/issues/2361#issuecomment-3530421053 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
