No, the `isConditionalMediationAvailable()` definition should remain as is because it overrides a [parent method from Credential Management](https://w3c.github.io/webappsec-credential-management/#dom-credential-isconditionalmediationavailable), while `isUserVerifyingPlatformAuthenticatorAvailable()` does not. (I discovered this answer after writing but before submitting the issue, but decided to submit and answer it anyway for the written record.
