I have updated the W3C calendar to confirm the Face-to-Face meeting on April 21st at the Google campus, neither of the chairs can make this meeting so we have delegated the chair position of this meeting to Adam Langley

I can’t make the meeting on April 20th as I have a prior all day meeting I can’t get out of, so there are 3 options

 

1. Have the meeting without me, John is still on leave so there will be no chairs available, and will have to check with W3C to see if this is possible to have w/o chairs.
2. Move the meeting to SFO the following week during RSA, I assume Thursday or Friday if Google can still host.
3. Cancel the F2F and reschedule for TPAC in September

Tony - I have no problem making this the Thu of RSA week instead (which is traditionally the day we held it). Just let me know ASAP and I can move it (I'll then also ask for space in SF instead). But first, you'd have to go to the mailing list and tell people that's the plan :) Can you do that, and then I can make changes? But, let's please do that as early as possible this week.

We are confirmed for our face-to-face meeting on 20 April 2023 (Friday), from 10am - 4pm at Google's Cloud campus (Building MP3, 1170 Bordeaux Dr, Sunnyvale, California). I will need to register all the attendees with campus security, so please try and get this done as soon as possible.

 

Please note that proof of vaccination will be required as part of Google's current COVID-19 restrictions.
