@agl What is the "platform" wrt security keys? Is it Chrome that maps from `"residentKey"`'s multiple values to `"requireResidentKey"`'s boolean when working with security keys? If so, is it too late to consider mapping `"preferred"` to `false` as a potential way to resolve this?
