As a result, when people go to use Passkeys, you can't request any kind of attestation at all, meaning you have no indication about the type of device used as a passkey. I think that's a point-in-time statement on your particular devices. For example on a test Mac I am using with MacOS Ventura beta and Safari Tech Preview 148, that is not true.
