I don't see a concrete proposal or question here, apart from the last two: >How do we provide these tools to platforms that don’t have the software integrated? This is not a question for the WebAuthn spec, which obviously does not apply to environments that do not provide a WebAuthn implementation. If anything, it might be a topic for the [WebAuthn Adoption Community Group](https://www.w3.org/community/webauthn-adoption/) to discuss how to bring WebAuthn support to environments that don't yet have it. >How do we allow people to share these token trees between different devices In the context of WebAuthn, this is an authenticator implementation detail that is left undefined in the spec to give authenticator vendors room to offer different alternatives. Notable examples include _roaming authenticators_ that can move between client devices, and cloud sync support in some platform authenticators. I'm not sure the WebAuthn issue tracker is the right place for this kind of abstract discussion.
