wrt to my prior comment, here's a possibly relevant comment from a colleague regarding another repo also experiencing this `widlparser` error, and regarding how the latter repo has bikeshed installed: "you're using the old clone+install --editable instructions, when Bikeshed has been published to PyPI for a while now.
