@Kieun This is fine but it will undoubtedly lead to a fractured FIDO ecosystem. Fixing it seems close to impossible. TPMs needed almost 20 years to get any (visible) use for consumers. Although politically and technically difficult, I would early on have considered some kind of portable "master secret".
