[Section 5.4.4. Authenticator Selection Criteria (dictionary AuthenticatorSelectionCriteria)](https://w3c.github.io/webauthn/#dictionary-authenticatorSelection)  was not updated when we deprecated the "resident key" language (oops) and really ought to be in order to clarify the "discoverable" distinction.
