This is a Call for Review of a proposed charter for the Web 
Authentication Working Group:

This updated charter continues work on Level 2 of the WebAuthn API. Diff 
from previous version is available at [1].

The proposed staff contact time is 0.05 FTE.

Note that the Working Group will be meeting at TPAC 2019. The Working 
Group's current charter [2] is extended through 30 October, 2019, to 
accommodate for the charter review period.
