  Remove (probably) outdated inline issue 2:

ISSUE 2 @balfanz wishes to add to the "direct" case: If the
authenticator violates the privacy requirements of the attestation type
it is using, the client SHOULD terminate this algorithm with an
"AttestationNotPrivateError".
