[webauthn] Defining meaning of "Scope"

Hello Authors,

In the specification, I could not find the definition of "Scoped" and "Scope" when applied to Authentication credentials.
Can you please explain what means "Scoped" Authentication credentials, and possibly consider adding this definition in the specification?
