This would currently merge into #979.

This replaces the term "Client-side-resident Credential Private Key" with "Client-side-resident Public Key Credential Source", with "Resident Credential" for short, as proposed in https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/issues/358#issuecomment-395840706.
