In PR #705, I had [several comments](https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/pull/705#pullrequestreview-84938008) about the current wording of the security considerations. However, Jeff noted that he was just moving the text. On the 2018-01-10 call I was asked to file this bug.

I expect to make this bug more concrete with a PR soon.
