FYI - TravisCI keeps getting disabled

Hey all,

Just FYI, if https://w3c.github.io/webauthn/ seems to stop updating, or PR
build-checks stop running, it's possible that our TravisCI setup for
WebAuthn has been disabled. So far this has happened twice in the last two
weeks, so I'm concerned that some automated script is turning it off.
(Presumably a W3C tool, given the limited access permissions)

Just ping me if you see it disabled. It's fast to re-enable it...
