Jeff we always start with untriaged issues and pull requests, no need for an explicit agenda item, adds another line to the agenda and bandwidth

I assigned PR #883 to the PR milestone since it's an extension to PR #861 which is in PR milestone, so that leaves 2 untriaged PRs.

   n. Triage un-triaged pull requests and issues

..at some approp point in the agenda.
