equalsJeffH has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webauthn: == CTAP-speaking authenticators use integer-valued CBOR map keys == I.e., the use of integer keys in CTAP (cf. Section 6.2 Responses, in latest working draft) for (especially, and at least) `authenticatorMakeCredential_Response`, has an impedance mismatch with WebAuthn [6.3.4. Generating an Attestation Object](https://www.w3.org/TR/webauthn/#generating-an-attestation-object), see also [WebAuthn figure 3](https://www.w3.org/TR/webauthn/#fig-attStructs). Once the publicly-published CTAP spec is updated such that it is referencable, we ought to add appropriate Note(s) to webauthn calling this out. Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/issues/864 using your GitHub account
