Thanks for pointing this out. TCG appears to have moved some things around. I fixed the links in master.

With regards to https://www.w3.org/TR/webauthn/#informative:  [TPMv2-Part1], [TPMv2-Part3], [TPMv2-Part3] include broken hyperlinks. EK reference still works.

I didn't want to file a GH issue because I don't know if this is a temporary situation (e.g. TCG site maintenance) or these references need to be updated.
