[webauthn] complete terminology cleanup from PR #427

I've noticed I left a few items of terminology in a ragged state when doing PR #427. addressing this will essentially be just renaming a couple local variables in the two main API methods: 

exludeList -> excludeCredentialDescriptorList
credentialDescriptorList -> allowCredentialDescriptorList

..and using "credential descriptor" rather than "credential" in prose.
