Thanks to Jeff Hodges for reviewing the remaining PR for WD-06 and providing wording improvements.  As a result, all WD-06 issues and PRs are now closed.  (See https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/milestone/10.)

Angelo, could you now turn the crank to release WD-06?
