headzup: issues with travis-ci's bikeshed output?

I just noticed that the newly-built editors' draft..

   https://w3c.github.io/webauthn/

..is sporting two "Abstract" headings, yet I do not see anything in 
index.bs at commit 66c6224 that would cause that (and it builds 
correctly using <https://api.csswg.org/bikeshed/>) -- so am wondering if 
there's an issue(s) with the bikeshed instance travis is invoking for 
editors' draft builds...
