Shall we delete the fido-submissions branch, as suggested by the closed PR#2 
<https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/pull/2> ?

In master branch, there's an initial "index.html" file -- shall we delete 
it, or wait for it to be overwritten upon the  eventual merge of the 
doc-merge branch to master ?
