Dear task force participants, I propose for this week’s agenda that we continue where we left off on 19 February [1]. Namely: * Cross-domain credential use; see Web Authentication issue 1372: https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/issues/1372 We discussed the use case of the issuing bank creating FIDO credentials on behalf of another origin. Jonathan Grossar also mentioned interest in the case where the merchant can leverage previously minted FIDO credentials (e.g., from the issuing bank) even if they were not created specifically for that merchant.
