[Agenda] 27 November call for the task force of the Web Authentication and Web Payments Working Groups

Hello all,

We began discussing use cases for payments and WebAuthn at our 13 November call:
  https://www.w3.org/2019/11/13-webauthn-pay-minutes

Based on a chat with the WPWG chairs, I propose as an agenda for the 27 November call on joint task force deliverables.
What do we think it would be useful to produce? Here are a couple of options:

 * Documentation of priority payments flows and requirements related to authentication. This could be useful as input to the WPWG and
also for public communications about how technologies relate. I feel like we started a good conversation about flows on 13 November,
but I am hoping we can be more systematic about identifying and documenting flows / use cases.

 * Materials for public consumption that explain how WebAuthn can be used in different payment flows. Some observations:

   - The WebAuthn specification is complex.
   - FIDO has some useful materials including white papers [1]. Perhaps we could work with FIDO on some additional materials about
     FIDO2 and payments.

Do these sound like useful deliverables?
Any volunteers to help work on them?
What else would be useful?

 - The call is from 10:30-11:00 ET
 - WebEx: http://www.w3.org/2019/11/sectf.ics
 - IRC: irc.w3.org #webauthn-pay

Thank you,

Ian
