Hi,

As I had to miss a number of our calls over the past few weeks, Matt 
very kindly worked with Nick in ensuring continuity in getting the group 
running; after discussion with Matt and Nick, I've offered to Matt to 
take over my co-chairing role for the group, which he very kindly accepted.

I still plan on participating to the group to the best of my 
availability, but in the meantime, please welcome Matt as a the new 
co-chair for this group :)
