WebAssembly CG meeting in August

Hello everyone,

The next in-person hybrid WebAssembly CG meeting will be hosted by Siemens
in Princeton, New Jersey, USA. It is tentatively scheduled for August 4 and
5, with WebAssembly research day to follow on August 6. We will discuss and
confirm the timing at the next CG meeting, and I will send out another
email once it is confirmed.
