Announcing the next in-person WebAssembly GC meeting

Hi everyone,

The next hybrid in-person CG meeting will be held on February 12-13, 2025
at Fastly's offices in San Francisco, California, USA. The meeting will be
preceded by a WebAssembly research day on February 11.
