Announcing the next Hybrid CG meeting in June 2024

Hello everyone,

The next hybrid WebAssembly community group meeting will be held on June
5th and June 6th 2024 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania hosted by Carnegie Mellon
University. WebAssembly Research day will precede the CG meeting on June
4th 2024.

Registration information will follow soon, other details about the meeting
will be posted at CG-06.md
