This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the WebAssembly
Working Group:

The group will continue to standardize a size- and load-time-efficient
format and execution environment, allowing compilation to the web with
consistent behavior across a variety of implementations. It produced a
set of Recommendations at the end of 2019 and will work towards new
revisions.

The proposed staff time for this group will remain at 0.15 FTE.
Diff from the current charter is available at [1].
The WebAssembly Working Group's current charter [2] is hereby extended
until 28 February 2020, to accommodate the charter review period.
The group is chaired by Ben Smith (Google). More information about the
group and information about participation can be found on its home page [3].
