WebAssembly Working Group Meeting Sept 25th

Hi WebAssembly CG members,

We'll be holding a WebAssembly Working Group video conference on Monday
Sept 25th at 9:00AM Pacific Time.

For those of you affiliated with a W3C member organization that have not
yet joined the Working Group, you can do so here

At the last meeting, we voted to open Working Group meetings to Community
Group members for observation. If you're interested in doing this please
