WebAssembly video call: July 6th

Hello WebAssembly CG members,

TL;DR: we’ll be holding our first WebAssembly CG video conference on
Thursday July 6th at 9:00AM Pacific Time.

At last month’s in-person meeting, folks asked for periodic video calls to
help us make forward progress in-between meetings, and asked for a written
procedure to reach consensus in these calls. Let’s try this out in two
week: July 6th at 9:00AM.

To keep things simple I’ll restrict the first meeting to CG members. Signup

link a few days before the meeting.

Topics welcome, send a pull-request for any discussions. I'd like to
discuss changes since the in-person meeting, and plan the upcoming Kirkland
meeting so folks know what to focus on between now and then.
