CG+WG meetings at TPAC 2018

Hello everyone!

We will be having our in-person community group and working group meetings
at TPAC 2018 in October, in Lyon, France. This is an excellent opportunity
to meet and discuss with other w3c groups!

**Registration**

If you are planning to attend, please register early
<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35125/TPAC2018/>! The early-bird
registration rate extends until July 31 (one week!)

* Early Bird rate (until 31 Jul): EUR 92 (EUR 110 with VAT) *
* Standard rate (until 30 Sep): EUR 135 (EUR 160 with VAT) *
* Late/on-site rate (starting 1 Oct): EUR 170 (EUR 205 with VAT) *

There is also an Invited Expert Fund to help support Invited Experts who
participate actively in W3C groups and who request financial support to
attend TPAC. In addition, there is a diversity scholarship fund

If you think you qualify, please send me an email and I'll follow up with
our w3c representative.

**Discussion Topics**

Information about the meeting will be updated here:

submit pull requests to this repository (or just send me an email) if you'd
like to add a discussion topic.

**Notes on the Schedule**

The CG meeting will be on Thursday, October 25 and Friday, October 26.
The WG meeting will be on Friday, October 26, after the CG meeting.

Please note that this differs from what is on the TPAC schedule
<https://www.w3.org/2018/10/TPAC/schedule.html>. We will not use the 2 hour
slot on Tuesday for the CG meeting. Apologies for the confusion.
