WebAssembly CG video call: December 12th notes; next meeting January 9th at APAC-friendly time

Hello WebAssembly CG members,

This was the last meeting of 2017. The next CG meeting will be Tuesday January 9th at 11PM Pacific Time (yes, that’s PM). This time is APAC friendly, we’ll try to hold meetings at this time every 3rd call if we get good turnout.
