RE: [webappsec-testsuite] Who approves new PHP checkins?

Ah, status is that I waited a bit because end of CfC was not a good time. Then I forgot. I'll try to dedicate some time for this today. I'm excited about the move because it makes fixing our tests more accessible and that's good :)
