Test VM torrent

WebAppSec WG testers!

Attached (at last) is a torrent for a virtual box VM with the W3C test framework and some sample test cases for WebAppSec.

I will seed this until I can find a file hosting solution.  If you try downloading this, please report both success and failure so I know if I need to tweak anything on my end.
