Dear Web Apps Working Group Members, I am pleased to announce the appointment of two new editors for the Web Manifest specification: Diego Gonzalez and Christian Liebel. Both bring a wealth of expertise that will be invaluable to the standardization effort of installable web apps. Christian Liebel, from Thinktecture, has been an active and essential part of our community for several years, particularly in managing community interactions and triaging issues. He is an extremely skilled engineer and web developer advocate with extensive experience in building installable web applications. His proactive involvement in the Working Group (specially over on GitHub) over the last few years has shown his deep commitment to the effort to standardize Installable Web Applications. Diego Gonzalez, as a Program Manager at Microsoft, oversees PWA features for the Microsoft Edge platform. Diego's practical experience in moving PWA features forward both in Chromium/Edge, and through the standardization process, plus his deep knowledge of progressive web applications, will make him a vital addition to the Editorial team. Their expertise will be crucial in further enhancing the capabilities, adoption, viability, and competitiveness of installable web applications. As always, if you are new to the group and are interested in taking on some editorial responsibilities, please reach out and we can try to get you set up. Best regards, Marcos Caceres Co-Chair, Web Apps Working Group
