CFC to abandon the HTML Imports spec

Hi all,

This is a Call for Consensus to publish the HTML Imports spec as a 
Discontinued Draft in the WebApps WG.

HTML Imports were deprecated and removed from browsers a few years ago. 
You can find the latest Working Draft at:
   https://www.w3.org/TR/html-imports/

We would like to express our gratitude to the Editors, Dimitri Glazkov 
and Hajime Morrita, for this effort.
