Joining Push API Editorial Team

Hi All,

As required by the W3C Process, just a customary email to notify the working group that, with the consent of the current Editors, I'll be helping edit the Push API spec [1]. 

Now that Apple/WebKit is onboard with implementing, we have all three engines supporting the specification. It's a great opportunity to iron out the few bugs in what's already a fantastically written spec, and to make sure we have as much interop as possible.

Here is hoping we can get the spec to CR!
