Dear Advisory Committee Representative,
Chairs,

The Call for Review [1] of the proposed recharter to continue the

reviews.

[...]
The new deadline for responses is 03:59 UTC on 23 April 2021 (23:59,
Eastern time on 22 April) [2].

The group's current charter [3] is extended until 30 April to
accommodate the extended charter review period.

The mission of the Service Workers Working Group is to enable Web
applications to take advantage of persistent background processing,
including hooks to enable bootstrapping of web applications while offline.

The group is chaired by Jake Archibald (Google) and Matt Falkenhagen
(Google).
