Congratulations to Kenneth from Intel, who has just been elected to the 
W3C Technical Architecture Group (TAG). Kenneth is a member of WebPlat, 
and an editor of the WebApp Manifest spec, and will undoubtedly add 
considerable knowledge and expertise to the TAG.
