The First Public Working Draft (FPWD) of Intersection Observer has been published: https://www.w3.org/TR/intersection-observer/ Props to editor Stefan Zager, and the energetic community contributing to discussion of the IO spec: https://github.com/W3C/IntersectionObserver/issues/ We'd now welcome review of the IO spec from members of the WG.
