Notice that this CFC has been posted here:

Please respond by end of day on Friday 11th August 2017. Add a thumbs 
up/thumbs down, or add a comment on the Github issue.

If you choose not to respond it will be taken as silent consent to 
publish WebIDL Level 2 as a FPWD. Your opinions are important though, so 
please take a minute to actively respond.
