Hi everyone, and thank you so much Leonie for the Welcome message. A few words about me: I'm a French person living in London! I'm a senior lecturer at the University of Wesminster, where I started teaching HTML and JavaScript in the late 90s. I now cover client-side web development and mobile web/mobile UX. I joined the jQuery Mobile team in 2011 and developed the api docs from scratch in 2012-13. Because I'm a bit OCD, over the summer 2013 I rewrote all the code examples on api.jquery.com to ensure they were consistent with our coding style guides I've joined WebPlat because I've always had a really strong interest for Web standards and the W3C. I love clear and unambiguous documentation, and hope I can help with both the development of standards and docs. I am involved with the content side of the JS Foundation and am a mentor for Moment.js. On a side note, I am interested in getting kids to code, so I have developed a little side project to help students understand programming and how code flows, http://learntocode.westminster.ac.uk/ (you can type code and it will translate into a flowchart… it is very early days and only works if you adhere to strict coding style and only use if/else, while, do while, for loops and switch case). This will soon also include lessons etc. I look forward to working with you all. Best wishes, Anne On Mon, Mar 20, 2017 9:08 AM, Léonie Watson tink@tink.uk wrote: Welcome to Anne-Gaelle Colom, who has joined WebPlat on behalf of JS Foundation.
