Bug ID: 25562
Summary: [Shadow]: Inert HTML elements normative text is not
focused enough

Hardware: PC
OS: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Component Model
Assignee: dglazkov@chromium.org

Jonas points out in bug 25561 that the language "All other HTML elements in the
shadow trees must behave as if they were part of the document tree" is not
normative enough. It's true -- the quote sounds even worse when it's read out
of context of the section.
Would appreciate any help with better language.
