Another issue exposed by http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/responsexml-document-properties.htm

Gecko sets responseXML.referrer to the requesting URL. Most other implementations set it to an empty string. Where is / should this be spec'ed?
